The i3+ EVO, unlike some of the other robot vacuums we have tested, has a self emptying bin that automatically dumps debris into an external dirt container on its charging base once it is full. The i3+ EVO can be kept from overfilling thanks to a self-emptying container. However it must be manually emptied at the end of each cleaning session. The i3+ EVO's inner dustbin holds 2.4L of trash that is more than enough to last four or five cleaning sessions before you need to replace it.
Like the i7 uses state-ofthe-art floor-tracking sensors to create maps. It also lets you navigate in neat rows. However the i3+ EVO only stores one map, while the i7 has the capacity to store multiple maps. The i7 can also utilize its map to create no-go zones as well as virtual barriers, but the i3+ EVO is not able to do this.
Although the i3+ EVO is more effective in removing surface debris than some of the other robovacs we looked at but it's not the best in terms of cleaning edges and corners.
